Barbershop Talk was established in 2006 by Ricky Moore and Eddie Wright. Barbershop Talk started out as a television show but is crossing over to live radio broadcast on 750 AM WAUG. Barbershop Talk on 750 AM WAUG can be heard weekly by over 1.5 million listeners in the Triangle and surrounding areas. The Show airs every saturday morning from 11 til 12 noon. Barbershop Talk is a sports talk show that examines sports both on a local and national level. The show has had and will continue to interview local and national sports figures, politicians, and community activists. Barbershop Talk does not stop there because the show contains special Segments that deal with local problems that plague our community. The show made its first appearance on Raleigh's local television station RTN/10.

Ricky Moore Ricky Moore was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ricky was a standout basketball player throughout his high school and college career. He was ranked by world renowned basketball analyst, Dave Telep, as one of the top fifty (50) basketball players in the nation. Ricky attended Hampton University on a full basketball scholarship. He made a transition from basketball to football at Greensboro College. Ricky later spent time with the Buffalo Bills Franchise in training camp and played arena football as a wide receiver. Ricky is married with one child. |

Flick Brown Flick Brown Da Comedian Thug is an up and coming Entertainer from Winston-Salem, NC. He has been doing comedy (professionally) for about two years. He has been called a triple threat by some becuase he also a well rounded M.C. and he writes scripts and R&B Songs. He is the C.E.O of his own Independent Entertainment Company, Black Lips Entertainment and Production Company, Funny Face Productions. He is a graduate of Shaw University and resides in Raleigh, NC. Marrel Marrel was born and raised in the Raleigh, NC. As the youngest of 3 boys Marrel always had dreams and aspirations to work in the entertainment field once he finished school, as child Marrel and his 2 older brothers Mark and Mario formed a singing group called "Mbrace" and performed throughout the Carolinas! While attending college Marrel accepted an internship position at The Power WAUG 750AM Radio With Barbershop Talk With Rick Mo 64', located on the campus of St. Augustines College In Raleigh, NC. Marrel's duties on Barbershop Talk are to assist with coming up with show ideas and operating the sound board as the producer!

Grave Digga McKinley Earl Bryson III AKA Comedian Grave Digger, was born in a small town in Tennessee called Humbodlt not to far from Memphis. While growing up, he was around many people who became stars, such as The Barkays, Temptations and of course Isaac Hayes and many more. He joined the US Air Force in 1973. In 1981, he met Sinbad, who also was in the Air Force. One night at the NCO Club, Sinbad and Grave were sitting at a table and began to joke around. The club owner saw that they drew a crowd and invited them back. Thus it began for both of them. In 1984, Grave competed in a major entertainment competition and won. He never stopped. Since then, he has performed in Japan, Korea, Guam, Okinawa and Honduras, also at The MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Guest Hosted Showtime at The Apollo Road Show, and has opened for such acts as The Commodores, Klymaxx, De barge, Atlantic Starr, and The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. he has also performed with Kat Williams, Bruce Bruce,Chris Thomas, Rudy Ray Moore,J. Anthony Brown and many more. Now he is a writer and actor for the upcoming TV Show " East Coast Live" featuring Miguel Nunez and Robin Givens plus many more.
